How to Create Bird-Friendly Backyards

Learn the best ways to attract birds with this multimedia program featuring images, sounds and video of local backyard bird species. Presenter Anne Swaim, executive director of the Saw Mill Audubon Society, will also share best choices for bird feeders and seed, native plants and water features to improve your backyard bird habitat.  Click here to register in advance. Bees Presentation--Live and In Person!

The Beatles: 50 Years Later with musician Barry Weisenfeld

Explore the ‘spices’ of their musical recipes and how they placed them in the attendees minds and ears, making it obvious why they’re still a musical influence decades later. Breathe, Relax and Restore

Tune in for a calming breathing practice to help release tension and enter a state of balance and peace. We continue with a restorative Yoga Nidra segment. Please dress comfortably and prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed during this 30-minute session. Make sure that the room is not too cold or too hot. You will be lying down on a mat, so have a blanket and pillow if desired. For more information regarding Yoga Nidra click here.
