The Pelham Library is pleased to offer in-person notarizations. We now have five librarians who are licensed notary publics in New York State. Generally our hours for notarization follow our regular hours, but please call in advance to make sure a notary will be available when you plan your visit.
Notary service is not available for Deeds, Wills, Living Wills, Living Trusts and Codicils. We do not offer virtual notarizations.
Please remember to bring your ID and do NOT sign anything until you are in front of the notary. Donations are appreciated.
