Starting May 11th, story time will be held outside. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved online to Zoom, and you will be sent the link in advance upon registration. Everyone in attendance age 2 and up must wear a mask. Please bring a blanket to sit on and maintain social distancing. Click here to register for the outdoor story time beginning May 11th.

Tune in for a calming breathing practice to help release tension and enter a state of balance and peace. We continue with a restorative Yoga Nidra segment inducing deep relaxation as we rotate awareness throughout the body. Dress comfortably, prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. You will be sitting for the first part of the practice, then lying down on a mat. Have a blanket/bolster if desired. Register by clicking here.
