Stressing out? Then come to this program being taught by Kellye Davis, a certified meditation instructor and author. She is coming to the Library to teach stress reduction techniques to adults and teens 16 and up on Saturday, December 8, from from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Davis will lead the class through various relaxation exercises, answer questions and provide participants with handouts to take home. No experience is required; participants may bring yoga mats or sit in chairs during the exercises. Attendance is limited to the first 15 people.
