Want to learn more about Cuba? Then join local Westchester librarians Nancy Coradin and Diana Lennon on Monday, May 22 at 7:30 p.m., when they will come to the Library to discuss their visits over the last two years to Havana, on trips sponsored by the American Library Association. Among other highlights, they will walk you through the streets frequented by Ernest Hemingway during his time in Cuba between 1939 and 1960.
Pelham Library Director Patricia Perito, who was on their most recent trip, will also share her impressions of this fascinating island. Registration is not required. This event is funded by the Friends of the Pelham Public Library.
