Chess for Kids Age 5 and Up

Longtime chess instructor John Gallagher will be teaching kids the basics of chess rules and strategy. No previous experience required but children must be at least 5 years old. Seating is limited; first come, first served. For more information, contact the Library at 914-738-1234.

This edition of Story Time is for babies up to two years. Programs like this are an essential part of a child’s early literacy. Parents/caregivers must participate in Baby Story Time, preferably with the child on his or her lap. No talking or phones.
