Walk With Ease

Walk With Ease is the only walking program identified as arthritis-appropriate and evidence-based by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Walk With Ease has been proven effective in increasing balance, reducing pain, improving mental health, flexibility and overall physical health. This is a 6-week program that can provide an excellent starting point for a new, fitness/wellness program and ease arthritis discomfort.

Each session will consist of an hour-long talk, followed by a 30-minute walk. Please dress comfortably for the weather.

This program will take place three times a week over the course of six weeks, and you are expected to attend all of the sessions.

Please note that on Mondays we will meet from 2:00-3:30pm, and on Thursdays and Fridays, we will meet from 1:30-3.00pm.
