Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in a three-part series held on Wednesday May 12, 19, and 26 from 7 to 8 pm with certified meditation teacher Jane Meryll. The second session will focus on relaxation practices and visualization techniques and will be held on Zoom. The three sessions are intended to help you build your own meditation practice from the ground up, but you can drop in to one session at a time.
