Evening Stretch and Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a practice of guided relaxation that visits different parts of the body. We start with gentle tension-releasing stretches and calming breath work to help us tune in for a practice of conscious deep relaxation. It is deeply calming, healing and restoring. Please dress comfortably and prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed during this 30-minute session. Make sure that the room is not too cold or too hot. You will be lying down on a mat, so have a blanket and pillow if desired. For more information regarding Yoga Nidra click here.
