Evening Stretch and Yoga Nidra

We start with gentle tension-releasing stretches and calming breath work to help us tune in for a practice of conscious deep relaxation. Dress comfortably, prepare a quiet space with soft ambient light. You will be lying down on a mat, have a blanket/ bolster if desired. Register by clicking here.
