Join our resident artist/instructor Sara Mallach this month as we craft beautiful brooches using antique buttons, dyed feathers, fur, and velvet trimmings. Women have worn brooches across the ages, not just as a practical fastener for clothing, but also as a witty and sometimes rebellious fashion statement that exemplifies the character and personality of the wearer. A perfect project for Women’s History Month.
