 ace community wellness at our free yoga series with local instructor\, Hea
 ther Schneider. Adults and teens of all levels are welcome! Come together 
 to discover balance\, strength\, and peace in a supportive environment. Le
 t's stretch\, breathe\, and grow as one community.\n\nThis program will ta
 ke place outdoors. Please wear comfortable clothing\, and bring water and 
 a yoga mat.\n\nThese classes are walk-ins that do not require preregistrat
