Breathe, Relax and Restore

Tune in for a calming breathing practice to help release tension and enter a state of balance and peace. We continue with a restorative Yoga Nidra segment. Please dress comfortably and prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed during this 30-minute session. Make sure that the room is not too cold or too hot. You will be lying down on a mat, so have a blanket and pillow if desired. For more information regarding Yoga Nidra click here.
