UPDATE: Unfortunately, the author had to cancel her appearance on November 14 due to a medical emergency. Copies of the book are available in the library’s collection.
Built in 1932 by Nathan Thomas Seely, the Skinny House of Mamaroneck, which measures just 10 feet wide, is a monument to Depression-era ingenuity. It was also the home of the Seely family for generations, the story of which is retold by Seely’s granddaughter Julie in her new book, Skinny House. Please join Julie Seely for a presentation on the fascinating history of her family and this unique house. Dr. Seely will be signing copies of her book, which will be on sale at the library.
