A guided imagery and visualization technique that uses the mind-body connection to lead us into a deep feeling of wellbeing and to help restore our harmonious state. We explore positive images to direct our awareness into experiencing balance and inner joy. Guided imagery is clinically proven to effectuate positive change in the mind and body, so let’s take a moment to nourish ourselves. We start with gentle stretching or a breathing exercise to help us tune in. No special setup required, just a quiet and comfortable seat. Register by clicking here.

Starting May 11th, story time will be held outside. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved online to Zoom, and you will be sent the link in advance upon registration. Everyone in attendance age 2 and up must wear a mask.
