Dungeons & Dragons

Teens are invited to come by the Library every Thursday to play this classic game. The first fantasy role-playing game, Dungeon & Dragons is a world where players are the characters in an ongoing story. According to the Dungeons & Dragons website, “The core of D&D is storytelling. You and your friends tell a story together, guiding your heroes through quests for treasure, battles with deadly foes, daring rescues, courtly intrigue, and much more.” Registration is not required.



Homework and Tech Help

Held during the school year when school is in session, for homework this is a drop-in program for children in grades K – 6.Make sure to bring your textbooks and other materials. Additionally, anyone can drop in and get tech help with their devices!  



TechShopz: Making a Website Using WordPress

TechShopz is being run by local teen Allie Feldman who will be teaching three-hour workshops — broken into a Tuesday afternoon session and a Thursday afternoon session —  focused on different technical skills once a month. This week’s focus is on making a website using WordPress! TechShopz is for kids grades six and up. Attendees are expected to come to both sessions and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.



Crafty Adults

Ever envied all of the arts and crafts programs just for kids at the Library? Envy no more! Pelham resident and art instructor Sara Mallach has brought her talents to the Library to run a monthly program, Crafty Adults.

It’s a great opportunity for grown-ups to cultivate their inner creativity, and at the next session, attendees will make fairy chairs!

This program is for those ages 14 and up, and attendance is limited to the first twenty people who show up.
