Have Fun With the Lego Club!

Lego lovers of all ages are invited to come to the Library’s new Lego Club. You’ll get to use your imagination to build unique Lego models to be displayed at the library! The library has plenty of Legos, but donations will always be happily accepted. Registration is required by calling the Library at (914) 738-1234.



First Grade Book Club

At the October meeting, the club will discuss the British children’s book Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson. Join the kindly witch, the cat and other animals on the broom, but watch out for the dragon!

The first grade book club is being led by Pelham resident Liselle Sakrhani.

Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is requested by calling the Library at (914) 738-1234. Book club books are usually available at the circulation desk. Stay tuned to the Library website, newsletter and Facebook page for what the club will be reading each month.



Third Grade Book Club

At its October meeting, the club will discuss The Bad Beginning (A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. The first in this popular series, it follows the misadventures of the Baudelaire siblings, who “live lives full of misery and woe.”

Adults Who Color!

Gather your needles and yarn and join us every Monday night for an informal adult needlework group from 6:30 – 8:45 p.m. Knitters of all abilities are welcome, but beginners planning to attend should call Librarian Augusta Turner at (914) 738-1234 beforehand to confirm an instructor will be available that night.
