Knit Happens: At the Library

Gather your needles and yarn and join us every Monday night for an informal adult needlework group from 6:30 – 8:45 p.m. Knitters of all abilities are welcome, but beginners planning to attend should call Librarian Augusta Turner at (914) 738-1234 beforehand to confirm an instructor will be available that night.

Travelogue of Myanmar (Burma) With Eric Wessman

Armchair traveler? Come to the Library and transport
yourself to Myanmar (Burma), at this Library program! Featuring the photography of long-time Pelham resident and travel photographer Eric Wessman, it’s a great opportunity to get inspired to travel and learn about a new place!

Wessman does travel photography for commercial and editorial clients. He has traveled extensively, including 44 states and approximately 50 countries, with Africa and Asia being his primary areas of interest. Over the years he has made six extended expeditions to Africa totaling almost 18 months on the continent. He is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School. His work is represented by three stock photography agencies.

Registration for this event is not required.
