Mud Week Program: Make a Friendship Bracelet for Yourself or a Friend

Feb 22
2:00 pm -
5:00 pm

If you know how to tie a knot, you can make a friendship bracelet! Come to the Library during “Mud Week” vacation and learn how to make a colorful bracelet. The session will focus on constructing a simple 6-strand chevron pattern with a 3-strand braid closure. All materials will be provided by the Library. For ages 8 and up. Registration is required by calling the Library at (914) 738-1234.

Adult Coloring

Feb 22
6:30 pm -
8:45 pm

Leave your winter blues behind and drop into the Library program room to color — yes, color! Coloring has been rediscovered by a new generation and found to be highly relaxing and meditative. Stay for as long or as little as you wish. The Library supplies everything: coloring pages, color pencils and markers — even snacks! No experience or registration necessary, but remember, this is for grownups only.
