Pelham Library Welcomes All Incoming Kindergartners to Get a Library Card!
The Pelham Public Library’s K-Day is an annual tradition when children entering kindergarten get their first library cards. This year, in order to promote social distancing, it will take place from September 8th to September 30 and be by appointment only. When you register below, the information you give will be used for your library card account and the last four digits of your phone number will become your PIN. Please select a date and time to come to the library with your child for them to sign the card. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child and bring proof of residency in Pelham (driver’s license, utility bill, or lease/deed/property tax bill) as well as identification.
How to Register: Fill out the form below. The information you enter will be used to generate the library card. The last four digits of your phone number will become your PIN and your email will be entered into our mailing list. Do not forget to select a date and time for your appointment for coming to pick up the card.
Although K-Day will look a little different this year, we can’t wait to welcome the class of 2033 to the Library for this important event in their lives and will be giving them goodie bags and taking their photos. Signing them up for the ultimate passport to knowledge will open doors for them on their educational journey.
Any adults who want to get a library card are welcome to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
