“Find Your Balance” Wellness Program

“Find Your Balance” Wellness Program

The Pelham Library is proud to introduce Find Your Balance, a new virtual wellness program for adults and teens designed to help participants learn techniques to reduce stress. The program incorporates relaxation techniques, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga. These 15- to 30-minute classes will be led by Pelham resident Emilia Halpern, a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, wellness guide and founder of Breathe for Life.
“I truly believe that in the midst of our challenging schedules, we can cultivate mindfulness and learn to mitigate the everyday stress factors of modern society through honoring the need for rest and relaxation,” says Halpern. For more information on Halpern, click here.
Upcoming classes are listed below, but we will be adding more types of classes depending on interest. To register for any of our classes, please click here. If you think you might be interested in attending future classes, please complete this one-question survey regarding your availability to help us determine the best days and times. The Library would like to thank the Friends of the Town of Pelham Public Library for their generous support of this series.
