K-Day is coming!
The Pelham Public Library’s K-Day is an annual event when Pelham children entering kindergarten can get their first library cards. This year, it will be held on Saturday, September 23rd from 10:30am-2pm. We’ll have a petting zoo, arts and crafts, and goody bags for the new cardholders.
To save time please, preregister for your kindergartener’s library card. Click on this link to fill out the form so that the card will be ready as soon as you arrive. Parent/guardians must bring a photo ID and proof of Pelham residency to pick up cards the day of the event.
Bring your burnt-out holiday lights to the Pelham Library and we will make sure they are properly recycled. Collection bin is located by the Carol Place entrance in front of the program room.
We will be accepting lights until Friday, January 17.
We are so proud of our teams that competed in this year's Westchester Library System's Battle of the Books tournament!
Thank you to our Pelham Library's Forbidden Chapter and Pelham Shelf Slayers teams. We are in awe of your hard work, team building, and stellar attitudes. We're lucky to get to be your librarians.
