The library is proud to offer two adult book clubs for patrons, both on Zoom. The After-Dark Book Club meets on Thursday nights once a month, while the Second Friday Book Club meets, as the name implies, on the second Friday of every month at 10:30 in the morning. Details about the next couple of sessions: The After-Dark Book Club will meet on Zoom on Thursday night, September 9, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. when we will discuss The Book of Longings by Sue Monk Kidd. We will be reading The Stationery Shop by Marjan Kamali for October 7th. The Second Friday Book Club meets on Friday September 10 at 10:30 am and will be reading The Sun Also Rises. We will be reading Ordinary Grace by William Kent Krueger on October 8th.
Pelham Middle School students are conducting a clothing drive for their community service project from Friday, March 13 through Monday, March 30. The clothes will be donated to The Sharing Shelf. Please drop off new or lightly used winter clothing (coats, sweaters, sweatshirts, pants) for children and teens in the bin outside the program room.
