Meditation Workshop, Now Monthly on Saturdays
Stressing out? Then come to this monthly program being taught by Kellye Davis, a certified meditation instructor and author. She is coming to the Library to teach stress reduction techniques to adults and teens 16 and up. The next session is on Saturday, December 8. All sessions are from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Davis will lead the class through various relaxation exercises, answer questions and provide participants with handouts to take home. No experience is required; participants may bring yoga mats or sit in chairs during the exercises. Attendance is limited to the first 15 people.
