Circulation
When you borrow materials, they need to be
returned to the Library in the same condition as
when they were borrowed. Items must be returned
in their entirety (i.e. all parts must be present
together) before item can be checked in. You may
return materials at any Westchester Library
System member library.The chart below shows
Pelham’s borrowing periods and overdue
fines.
But please remember that
other libraries in Westchester may have different
lending and fine structures.
If you owe more than
$5.00 in fines or fees, you may not borrow books
from the Town of Pelham Public Library, until
your account is paid down.

must be paid for. No replacements permitted.
The library contracts
with Unique Management Services, Inc., a library
materials recovery service. There is a $10.00 fee
if your account goes into collection. Please see
